Privacy Policy

Effective September 24, 2026 · Version 2026-10-04

This policy explains what Pristine Group Cleaning Services collects through pristinegrpco.com, why we collect it, who else sees it and what you can ask us to do about it. We wrote it to be read, not to be skipped.

1. The short version

  • We collect what we need to quote a job, book it, do it and get paid for it. Nothing else.
  • We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.
  • We do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
  • We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used. You can opt out.
  • You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you.

2. What we collect

Information you give us when you request an estimate or book a service:

  • Your name, phone number and email address.
  • The service address, city and ZIP code.
  • Details about the property: size, number of rooms, condition, the service you want, add-ons.
  • Access notes you choose to share — a gate code, where the key is, whether a pet is home.
  • The date and time you want, and any note you write to us.
  • Whether you chose to pay a deposit or in full, and the estimated amount.

Information collected automatically when you browse: your IP address, the pages you visit, how long you stay, the approximate city the visit came from, the device and browser you use, and the site that sent you to us.

We do not collect your card number. Payments are handled by a payment provider on their own systems; we receive only a confirmation and the last digits of the card. We never ask for a Social Security number, a bank login or a government ID, and you should treat any message claiming to be us and asking for one as fraudulent.

3. Why we use it

  • To calculate your estimate and confirm a final price.
  • To schedule the visit and route the crew.
  • To contact you about your booking by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
  • To take payment and issue receipts and refunds.
  • To keep records of what was agreed, including your acceptance of our Terms.
  • To investigate a complaint, a damage claim or a chargeback.
  • To detect and block fraudulent or automated form submissions.
  • To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used, so we can improve it.
  • To comply with tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
  • To send you marketing, only if you asked for it.

We do not use your information to make automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about you. The price calculator is arithmetic on what you typed, and a person reviews every booking.

4. Cookies and analytics

This site uses a small number of cookies and similar technologies:

  • Strictly necessary: remembering your language, and keeping the administrator signed in. The site does not work without these.
  • Analytics: Google Analytics 4 and Vercel Analytics, which tell us how many people visit, which pages they read and roughly where they are. We do not use them to identify you by name.
  • Advertising: Google Ads, used only to learn which of our own adverts lead to a booking, a call or a message. It tells us that a booking came from an advert; it does not identify you to us, and it does not put your information up for sale.
  • Advertising: the Meta pixel, used to learn which of our Facebook and Instagram adverts lead to a visit or a quote request, and to show those adverts to people more likely to need us. It tells Meta that a visit or a request came from one of our adverts, and Meta may link that to your Facebook or Instagram account under its own privacy policy. We do not send Meta your name, email or phone number.

You can block cookies in your browser settings, install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, or enable a Global Privacy Control signal — we honour it as an opt-out request. Google also offers its own advertising controls at myadcenter.google.com, and Meta at facebook.com/adpreferences. Blocking any of this does not affect your ability to book.

5. Who else sees it

We share your information only with the service providers we need in order to run the business, and only with what each one needs:

  • Vercel — hosting for this website.
  • Neon — the database where bookings are stored.
  • Google — Workspace email, Analytics, Search Console and Ads conversion measurement.
  • Meta — measurement of our Facebook and Instagram adverts, through the Meta pixel.
  • Our own automation server, which turns a booking into the email that reaches our inbox.
  • WhatsApp, if you choose to contact us there.
  • A payment processor, when you pay.
  • Our accountant and, where required, our insurer or a lawyer.
  • The cleaner assigned to your visit, who receives the address, the access notes and the scope of work — and nothing else.

These providers may use your information only to perform their service for us. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, to respond to a lawful request, to defend a legal claim, or to protect someone from harm. If the business is ever sold, customer records would transfer with it, and this policy would continue to apply until replaced.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising, as those terms are defined under United States state privacy laws.

6. Access from outside the United States

Our service is delivered in Utah, and our data is stored on servers in the United States. Part of our management works from Ecuador and accesses the booking system from there, so your information may be viewed outside the United States. It is protected by the same rules set out in this policy wherever it is accessed from.

7. How long we keep it

  • Bookings and customer records: 36 months after your last service, then deleted, unless a longer period is needed for tax or legal reasons.
  • Estimates that never became a booking: 12 months.
  • Payment and invoicing records: as long as tax law requires, normally seven years.
  • Access codes and key information: deleted as soon as the relationship ends.
  • Analytics data: as configured in Google Analytics, currently 14 months.
  • Security logs, including failed sign-in attempts: 90 days.

8. How we protect it

The whole site is served over HTTPS. The database is encrypted and reachable only over an encrypted connection. The administration area is behind a password, is locked after repeated failed attempts, is excluded from search engines, and records who changed what. Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to do the work.

No system is perfectly secure, and we will not pretend otherwise. If a breach affects your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authority as the law requires.

9. Your rights

Wherever you live, you may ask us to:

  • Confirm whether we hold personal information about you, and give you a copy.
  • Correct anything that is wrong.
  • Delete what we hold, where we are not required to keep it.
  • Stop sending you marketing, at any time.
  • Opt out of analytics and of any sale or sharing of your data — although we do neither.

Write to cleaning.services@pristinegrpco.com and we will respond within 45 days. We may need to verify who you are before acting, which normally means confirming details of a booking you made. We will not charge you for a request, and we will not treat you differently for making one. If you are unhappy with our answer, you may appeal by replying to it, and you may contact the Utah Division of Consumer Protection or your own state's attorney general.

These rights are recognised by the Utah Consumer Privacy Act and by similar laws in other states, including California. We apply them to everyone rather than checking where you live first.

10. Calls and text messages

When you give us your phone number in a form, you agree that we may call, text and message you on WhatsApp about that request and about the service you booked. These are transactional messages and they stop when your service relationship does.

Marketing messages require separate consent, are never a condition of buying from us, and stop when you reply STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

11. Children

This site is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we do not direct any part of the site at children. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will delete it.

12. Links to other sites

Our site links to places we do not control — social networks, WhatsApp, a payment page, a review site. Once you leave, their privacy policy applies, not ours. We are not responsible for what they do with your information.

13. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy when what we do changes. The effective date at the top always tells you which version you are reading. If a change materially affects how we handle information we already hold about you, we will tell you directly.

14. Contact

Privacy questions and requests: cleaning.services@pristinegrpco.com, or (702) 353-8686. A request in writing is easier for both of us to track.
